Larmer Brown's primary business objective is to help organisations realise the desired business benefit from their enterprise applications, through successful User Adoption Programmes. We facilitate the Change and Communication, User Acceptance Testing, Training and Support activities. Our approach is based on Global Knowledge's OnDemand Personal Navigator (ODPN) platform, which is also marketed under the name User Productivity Kit (UPK), by Oracle, and Computer Associates Proficiency Accelerator (CAPA), by Computer Associates.

Using ODPN enables the creation of a high quality Communication, Testing, Training and Support capability through a single recording and editing process. The elimination of duplication of work to support multiple phases significantly increases the Return on Investment for your project.

A software tool alone will not achieve the benefits but must be deployed appropriately in order to be fully effective. Larmer Brown has worked with this technology for over ten years, helping many organisations, through consultancy and projects, to achieve the best possible results.

For clients who are implementing critical enterprise systems and who want to have risk free and cost effective User Adoption solutions, we will undertake complete projects. We will develop high quality ODPN content and deliver efficient training roll-outs, using the content as part of a blended approach. These projects are tailored to your requirements through an extensive menu of service options, and they can be delivered as fixed price solutions.

For clients who prefer to deliver their own projects and build the ODPN skill in-house, we offer support services including a QuickStart programme that provides everything you need to become proficient in the development and deployment of ODPN content. The support delivered by QuickStart enables faster start-up, improved development efficiency, a higher quality end result, and a reduced risk project.
