Larmer Brown currently has vacancies for the following:

Instructional Designers/Trainers

These are Project roles involving varied assignments across the UK plus some home based work. Limited travel to our office near Basingstoke, Hampshire may be required. Applicants from any UK location are welcome. The successful applicants will have experience in the development of learning content. Knowledge of ERP, CRM and HR systems is required. Experience in the development of business process documentation is useful. Applicants should be flexible and used to working in a small team, under pressure in a client facing professional environment. Training and support on our software and methodologies/best practice will be given.

Initial telephone interview followed by meetings at locations across the UK.

Internal Sales Consultant

As part of our small team this role includes management of inbound and external customer calls, sales administration, event driven telemarketing and attendance at our client focussed marketing events across the UK. The successful applicant will have 2-3 years proven telesales and/or marketing experience and have used a CRM system. Self-motivation with an energetic sales attitude combined with good telephone communication skills is essential. This is a full-time role in our office near Basingstoke, Hampshire, with free onsite parking.
