ENGAGE Modeler is a Business Process Mapping (BPM) software tool. Using this powerful yet easy to use tool, Business Process Owners or Subject Matter Experts can create multiple business scenarios defining the ‘as is’ versus various ‘to be’ processes for analysis, discussion and documentation.
ENGAGE Modeler provides separate visual interpretations of every discussion thread within a Business Process. Workshops can quickly capture and display entire scenarios graphically including responsibility by Job Role with estimated timings.
Combining the visual and notes, ENGAGE Modeler adds tangible value to existing, sometimes cumbersome, business process methodology. The tool allows you to interactively map and evaluate processes with Business Process Owners, and make improvements, all in one single session.

ENGAGE Modeler is available in a Windows Version for the PC or as "SaaS" via the web. The ease of use and functionality of these two versions is the same.
It is easy to share your results and models with anyone in your organisation as ENGAGE Modeler includes communication links with other standard software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Workflow Foundation. It also links into content development tools such as UPK and STT.
ENGAGE Repository is the optional server product that enables collaboration within your organisation. This includes functions such as version control, authorisation and central storage.
ENGAGE Viewer allows you to publish process models from ENGAGE Modeler to the internet, instantly. The Digital Process Handbook that is created becomes a dynamic and real time tool which can contain links to specific process steps within particular applications.
